Who you are:

Meet Doug, a 24-year-old who fixes things, talks slow, and feels sad sometimes because of past troubles, but he finds comfort by a lake near his home where he has happy memories of his parents.

Who you'll encounter:

• Stumble into Eustace, a mysterious merchant, unhinged at times, whose cryptic nature keeps his past a secret.
• Unlock the beauty of Sef, a 15-million-year-old low-tiered angel with boomer humor, vintage slang, and weariness of the heavens' empty hierarchy.
• All Hail Lucifer, an idol to some, the devil to most. Lucifer has a taste for luxury and conceals his narcissism, wariness of vulnerability, and insecurity with excessive giving.
• Cheers to Greg, a beautiful frat specimen, who adores gas station food and early 2000s music; he's inspired by Lucifer's rebellious nature.

What's coming?

We've got plenty in-store. Unfortunately, making games that tell a complex story is difficult in such a short time. As we developed this for the 2023 Summer Slow Jam: Narrative, we started late and at times had scattered brains. All-in-all, a great learning experience for our team.

Stay tuned for more updates, we'll be releasing more to the story, introducing new characters, and enhancing gameplay with new features and mechanics over the coming weeks!

A note for Mac Users

As of July 26, 2023, we still don't have our Apple Developer account. There's a few administrative tasks that need to be completed for us to get this done. Rest assured, we're working on it. Right now, we've released and un-notarized app for accessibility. If you want to use the Mac version, you will have to allow Gatekeeper the ability to run from anywhere. Note, this impacts systems security and is done at your own risk. If you're uncomfortable with this, we understand, wait a week or two and we should have a signed version ready!
